The symposium offers a number of sponsorship opportunities for companies, organizations, and individuals to sponsor events, buy supporting ads in the proceedings and general program, and contribute to help underwrite the cost of student scholarships (in order to attract students, we have discounted the registration fees).


The following sponsorship opportunities are available:

Coffee/Refreshment Breaks, June 25, 26, 27

There will be six coffee/refreshment breaks during the symposium. The sponsors will be acknowledged in the General Program and on the symposium Web site, identified on a poster at the sponsored coffee/refreshment station, and announced at the opening session on the day of their sponsored break.
Number of Sponsorships Available – 6; Cost: $1,000 each

Lunches, June 25, 27

There will be up to two lunches during the conference. Lunch sponsors will be acknowledged in the General Program and on the symposium Web site, identified in a poster at the entrance to the lunch venue, and announced at the opening session on the day of their sponsored lunch. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to speak at the event.
Number of Sponsorships Available – 2; Cost: $5,000 each

Symposium Banquet, June 26

There will be one symposium banquet. The banquet sponsor will be acknowledged in the General Program and on the symposium Web site, identified in a poster at the entrance to the venue, and announced at the opening session on the day of the dinner and at the banquet itself. The sponsor may provide a small gift for each delegate attending. The gifts may incorporate a corporate logo, or other identification, and will be placed on the dinner tables. The sponsor will also have the opportunity to speak at the event.
Number of Sponsorships Available – 1; Cost: $10,000

Symposium Proceedings

Sponsorship will be available for the Chicago 2012 CD proceedings. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the General Program and on the symposium Web site, in a single page statement that will be prepared with input from the sponsor and inserted in the proceedings. Each sponsor will receive a complimentary number of CD proceedings.
Cost: $500

General Program Advertisements

The hardcopy General Program for the symposium will contain ads from sponsoring companies. Each sponsor will be acknowledged in the General Program and on the symposium Web site and will receive a complimentary number of programs.

Student Scholarships

Donation to help support student registrations to encourage more students to attend the symposium, sponsors and individuals are asked to make a donation to help underwrite the costs of student registrations. Please consider donating to this important activity. Donations are tax deductible.
