American Rock Mechanics Association
San Francisco 2008 Symposium

Invitation to San Francisco

Often called America's most scenic city, San Francisco's breathtaking beauty is complemented by historic landmarks and one-of-a-kind neighborhoods. The Bay Area is also home to several top universities and an active engineering community. The fascinating folding and faulting of the Bay Area geology draws professionals from around the world and has inspired many advances in engineering practice and technology.

Accommodations and Registration

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for symposium attendees at the Westin San Francisco Market Street (50 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94103).
